Keto Friendly Recipe - Manuka Honey Mustard Chicken

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 boneless chicken breasts
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 tbsp Manuka honey
    • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
    2. In a bowl, mix Manuka honey, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    3. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown chicken breasts on both sides.
    4. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over it.
    5. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
