Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
For the sauce: 4 tbsp unsalted butter, 1/4 cup chicken broth, juice of 1 lemon, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, grill until cooked through. In a pan, melt butter, add garlic and thyme, then stir in chicken broth and lemon juice. Pour over grilled chicken.
