Ingredients:
1 large avocado, diced
2 cups mixed greens (spinach, kale, arugula)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
