Keto Chocolate Avocado Shake Recipe

1 scoop LAZU Keto Shake (Chocolate flavor)
1/2 ripe avocado
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk of your choice)
Ice cubes (adjust according to desired thickness)
Sweetener to taste (optional, erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit are good keto-friendly choices)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for added flavor)

Prepare the Ingredients:
Scoop out the avocado half and discard the pit. If the avocado is very large, you may want to use less than half to keep the carb count in check.

Blend the Shake:
In a blender, combine the LAZU Keto Shake powder (Chocolate flavor), the avocado, unsweetened almond milk, ice cubes, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract (if using).

Blend Until Smooth:
