Ingredients:
500g chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Fresh cilantro/Coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add chicken and brown it.
Add spices, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
Pour in coconut milk, bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro/Coriander before serving.
